Om kvällens vinprovningen?

Välkomna till en annorlunda vinprovning hos Bryggmästarn! Den här kvällen tar vi hjälp av Ulf Hägglund (från Jokkmokk), purfärsk importör av framförallt naturviner, för att få en inblick i vad naturliga viner handlar om, vad som skiljer dem från ’vanliga’ viner och hur de smakar.

Vi testar sex viner från små producenter i Europa medan vi samtalar om filosofin som driver denna trend och om människorna som väljer småskalighet framför kvantitet.

Vi på Bryggmästarn serverar dessutom tilltugg som passar perfekt till de viner vi testar! Välkomna till en smak- och lärorik vinprovning!

About tonight's wine tasting?

Welcome to a different wine tasting at Bryggmästarn! This evening we will take the help of Ulf Hägglund (from Jokkmokk), a pure fresh importer of mainly natural wines, to gain insight into what natural wines are all about, what distinguishes them from 'regular' wines and how they taste. We will test six wines from small producers in Europe while we talk about the philosophy that drives this trend and about the people who choose small-scale over quantity.
