We’ll begin the evening by welcoming representatives from Havremagasinet, Länskonsthall in Boden – a vibrant venue for contemporary art located in a stunning historic building. They’ll introduce their current exhibitions, exciting activities, and inclusive meeting places for all ages. Whether you're an art lover or just curious, this is the perfect chance to explore what Havremagasinet has to offer.
We’ll also highlight Boden Pride – a vital celebration of diversity and LGBTQ+ rights. A representative from RFSL Luleå & Norra Norrbotten, the organizers behind Boden Pride, will give us a sneak peek of this year’s program – including the colorful parade, thought-provoking lectures, and other key events. Pride is more than a festival – it’s a meeting place for visibility and solidarity. Don’t miss this chance to learn more and get involved!
We’re also excited to welcome a true local character – Roger Laestadius from Rånisgården!
Roger brings a touch of the Wild West to Boden with his Western-style riding school and scenic trail rides through nature. At his charming farm, he not only shares his passion for horses but also raises sheep and offers locally produced lamb meat. It’s a unique blend of cowboy spirit and countryside living – don’t miss the chance to meet him and hear his story!
